Dear Sir or Madam

I wish to complain about the discrimination that I got when I applied for a job for XYZ Company.

Three days ago, I applied for a job to XYZ Company as an IT Programmer, but I don’t get the job. I know that it’s their right not to recruit the applicant, especially when the qualification is not suitable. However, I don’t get the job because I came from Germany. At least they told me like that. I am so shocked when knowing the reason. How it could be? Meanwhile, at the vacancy, it’s written that it’s ok wherever the applicant came from.

I need you to overcome my problem soon. Maybe you can give them a warning, so there is no more discrimination.

We have got a letter from Anti-Discrimination Board. It is about your complaint related to your application letter you applied in our company. Thank you for letting us know about this situation.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience situation you got. We understand how disappointing it can be when your expectations are not met.

The new qualification was updated a week before the recruitment. We decided to emphasize on the American citizen to do the job. The job required the employees who stay in New York for years. We want the employees focus on their job.

Unfortunately, we cannot do anything. But if we need new employees we hope you do not mind in submitting an applicant letter.
